STORE POLICY

GENERAL RULES

  • All children must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or approved adult at all times.

  • Children and adults must wear socks in all play areas. No bare feet or shoes allowed.

​

  • No rough play, climbing on the outside of equipment, or inappropriate language.

​

  • Please be mindful and respectful of all visitors, especially those with sensory sensitivities.

​

  • We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive.

FOOD & DRINKS

  • Food and drinks are only allowed in designated snack zones.

​

  • Please bring nut-free snacks to help keep our space allergy-safe.

​

  • No food or drinks are allowed inside the play area to maintain cleanliness and safety.

CLEANING & SAFETY

  • Our facility is cleaned and sanitized throughout the day, including bathrooms, play equipment, and high-touch surfaces.

​

  • The ball pit is regularly cleaned with professional-grade sanitizing tools.

​

  • Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the facility—please use them often!

​

  • Please report any spills or accidents to staff right away so we can clean promptly.

WAIVERS & ADMISSIONS

  • A signed waiver is required for all participants before entering the play area.

​

  • We offer day passes, punch cards, and memberships. Pricing and package details are available at the front desk and on our website.

​

  • My Haven does not currently operate as a drop-off facility—a responsible adult must remain on-site.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • All sales, including day passes and memberships, are final.

​

  • We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, but we’re happy to reschedule in the case of emergencies or illness—just let us know!

LOST & FOUND

  • My Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend labeling personal items and keeping valuables with you at all times.
