    At My Haven, we take cleanliness very seriously. Our team follows a strict daily cleaning schedule that includes: Sanitizing the ball pit with specialized equipment to remove debris and disinfect the balls regularly. Deep cleaning restrooms multiple times a day and restocking essentials as needed. Wiping down high-touch surfaces such as door handles, equipment, and sensory stations throughout the day. Using non-toxic, kid-safe cleaning products that are effective yet gentle for sensitive users. In addition, we do routine deep cleans during closed hours to ensure every part of our facility stays safe, fresh, and welcoming.

    Just bring your socks, a positive attitude, and a signed waiver! If it’s your first time, we recommend arriving a few minutes early so we can give you a quick tour and answer any questions
